A Biblical View of Accountability Without Humiliation

Heeded Journal · September 2026
Accountability can become a respectable word for public embarrassment. A leader says the standard is high, but the actual method teaches people to hide mistakes, manage appearances, and avoid asking for help.

Separate diagnosis from condemnation. People tell the truth more readily when the point is repair.
